You can return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Returns to ENP FC are accepted in cases where the order is incorrect, such as if the delivery type or quantity is not as specified, or if the packaging is damaged or the item is defective. In such instances, the customer should either refuse the product upon delivery or request a return after consulting with ENP FC.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received, along with all accompanying documents (invoice, delivery note) and complete packaging. If returned goods are damaged or incomplete, ENP FC reserves the right to seek compensation from the customer, with the amount determined by the condition of the goods. This compensation may be settled unilaterally and without any further negotiation.
